Richmond Hill Elementary is continuing this school year!  Students at Richmond Hill Elementary come from various schools in the South Augusta Community. Students in Kindergarten through 5th Grade attend our school based on NPU changes, revised attendance zones, and closing schools These students have previously attended other surrounding schools.

Special Programs

  • We are a 1:1 school. Students have laptops for individual use during the instructional day and for use at home for school related work.
  • We have TWO STEM Labs.
  • We have TWO Computer Labs.
  • We have the state-of-the-art technology throughout each classroom for enhancement to student engagement.  
  • We have a Collaborative Learning Room/Makerspace that will easily accommodate two full classes of students.
  • Interventions are embedded within the curriculum to further support students’ learning needs.

College and Career Ready Performance Index (CCRPI) is Georgia’s statewide accountability system. The CCRPI assesses how well students are prepared for college and careers, and ensures that schools are focused on improving achievement among all students. The index measures student achievement on indicators such as content mastery, student growth on progress, subgroup performance on closing gaps, and various areas including Lexile performance, attendance, and other academic based measurements. Schools earn CCRPI points based on indicators that vary by grade and school level and align with measures of college- and career-readiness.  Each individual component score is on a scale of 0-100.
